30-Day Money Back Guarantee
There is a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If at any point in your first 30 days of enrolling in The From Stressed To Best: Better After 40 Program you decide that The Program isn’t for you, you can request a refund (less a $75 non-refundable administration fee that is allocated to your mailed out welcome package).
Note that no refunds or termination of a payment plan will be accepted after the 30-day money back guarantee window and you are responsible to remit the full FSTB enrollment fee.
How To Apply For A Refund:
You are eligible to request a full refund within 30 days after the Program opens (e.g. you have received the first Module). When you email clientsupport@box5688.temp.domains to request a refund you must provide the following completed work in order for your refund to be accepted.
- All completed worksheets for the actions specified in Modules 1 & 2:
- Stress & Recovery Questionnaire
- Sphere of Control Worksheet
- Personal stress fingerprint (journal)
- Goals and success criteria for the program
- Planning & Time Use worksheet
- Social Support Form
All worksheets are to be fully completed in detail. If you request a refund without completing the worksheets no refund will be given.
- You will receive an email after your work is reviewed letting you know that your refund has been approved.
- Refunds are processed on the 15th and 30th of every month. When you request a refund within the first 30 days you will no longer have access to any of the following:
- The FSTB Member Monthly group coaching calls
- The FSTB Facebook group
- FSTB bonuses or future bonuses
Financial Default Payments (applicable to payment plans only):
If at any point you default on a payment you will be notified immediately. You will have 72-hours to rectify the default and bring your account back into good standing. If you fail to rectify the default within 72-hours of being notified your FSTB access will be put on hold and you will be denied all access to The From Stressed to Best: Better After 40 Program and Facebook group until your account is brought back into good standing.
Lifetime Program Access:
As long as your account is in good standing you have lifetime program access to the FSTB content, Group Coaching calls, tutorials and the FSTB Facebook group. You will get access to updated modules and tutorials as well. Lifetime refers to the lifetime of the From Stressed to Best: Better After 40 program. As long as the program exists, you will have access.
