Try this simple test to predict your longevity

You will not even believe what we’ve got for you today!  We were blown away when we read this…. and we knew as soon as we saw it, that we had to share it with you.

It’s a simple 10-second test that you can do RIGHT NOW to help predict how long you’ll live.

All right, let’s dive into the test…..

It’s surprisingly simple and requires no equipment at all – but it’s also a little tricky so pay close attention!

We all know having a good base of cardiovascular fitness is important to living a long and healthy life, but so is having

  • flexibility,
  • coordination and
  • strength

That’s what the test we’re about to show you actually helps to measure!

All you have to do is stand in the middle of the floor, and then sit down on the floor without using your arms, knees or hands to help you. Then, stand back up without using your arms, hands or knees for assistance.

Before you try it, we’re going to give you a little tip that can help you pass the test.

If you cross your legs on the way down and up, it helps. You also can hold your arms out to your sides for balance if you need to.

See our Facebook Live video for our live demonstration and more about the study!

That’s the test! That’s all there is to it!  But here’s the kicker…

In Brazil, researchers tracked more than 2,000 men and women aged 51 to 80 for a little over 6 years.

The people who needed to use their hands and knees to get up and down were almost 7 TIMES more likely to die within 6 years than those who could get up and down without help!

Pretty amazing, huh?

Give this test a try. Let us know in a comment below if you’re doing it right now, or if you’re going to give it a go!!

If you can get down and up without using your hands, arms or knees, great!

Keep up whatever you’re doing! And be sure to retest yourself every once in a while so you can stay on top of it.

But what if you DO need to use your knees or hands to get up?

That’s a sign it’s time to work on your strength and mobility. It’s never too late to get started!

If you have health issues, check with your doctor first. You can start out by doing some bodyweight exercises like squats, push-ups, planks, and other exercises.

We’d also highly recommend joining our free 7 Day Get Moving Challenge. It is a great way to get started building your cardio, strength and flexibility.
